Excellent service - they helped with both the purchase and subsequent sale of a home in Kaufman. The team went above and beyond, even providing a copy of some documentation that we'd misplaced afterwards. The office itself was very comfortable, snacks/coffee, and friendly to little kiddos!

I would give zero stars if I could- STAY AWAY. Unprofessional to say the least, and completely incompetent. The reason you need a title company is for when there is an issue with the title, and 11 months after I closed on my property I still did not have the title in my hand. I started getting involved and realized Gail at Ranger was only doing things when I called and nagged her, and then the things she sent were riddled with typos, spelling errors, and bad grammar, and were aimed at completely the wrong entity. I have spent the last 6 weeks chasing the title on my own, and should have it within a week (over a year after the purchase) because I did my own homework and figured out who to contact. This company is very unprofessional. We went in on a Tuesday and we called the following week to check the progress. The lady at the front desk told us they haven't even started on our paperwork due to something needing to be added to our paperwork from us. This was a week later that we found this out and they wouldn't have even let us know if it wasn't for us calling we wouldn't have found out anyting. To me that is very unprofessional. And I will not recommend them to anyone. We ended up finding another title company to go through and they have been working very fast to get everything done for us
