Juniper Point Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Tessie is wonderful, always professional, caring, and attentive to residents’ needs. Tommy is also amazing and quick to help with any issues. It’s a well-run, welcoming community that truly feels like home. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Police get called non stop, neighbors are always yelling, trash everywhere, kids left unattended at all hours and staff will cheat you out of giving you back your deposit even though you cleaned the apartment better than when you moved into it. Also, our apartment had paint spots all over the walls instead of just repainting the walls, which you couldn’t cover with pictures because there were so many. Lastly, people left food/ trash outside their front door which just made the stairway smell and nasty looking.

The most important decision when renting is to live in a community where the staff is friendly! When the first person you meet greets you with a genuine smile and represents a company that values you as a human being it takes the stress away. The Management and staff at Juniper Pointe Apartments are truly amazing! The apartments are spacious and I truly believe tenants and they’re families will be Blessed with memories of Joy, Peace and Happiness. Life is hard enough already. I had to move and the Manager signed the Move-Out Notice which agreed to refund the deposit. That never happened. I will be hiring an attorney for that and discrimination. RUN FAR FROM THESE APARTMENTS! All we dealt with including other tenants Are parties ( the Police were called over a dozen times the first month of them opening) , an tenant being assaulted by people that don’t even live there, kids being left unattended while throwing rocks at windows, other tenants coming onto your patio, requesting handicap parking that took them 2 months to put up and Tessa the Manager with her unprofessional attitude laughing at handicap people which is recorded. Look on the Better Business Bureau Webpage under Wilhoit Propowhich owns these apartments. It was horrific of what people go through.

Well, I do not like the way they do business. I been trying to get my deposit back for the longest. I never moved in. I been calling, and the manager Tess said she was going to mail me my deposit back and never did. And then when I finally got in touch with her she says ma'am I can not send you your money. And I never moved in. This is so crazy.
