lived in one of their properties for 2 years, kreuza is one of the most disrespectful people I've ever had to deal with over the phone. told me "you are not the boss, we are." so weird and not the people you want in charge of your home

I lived in a building of theirs for four years and had virtually no issues. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and communication was clear.

They own a building in Bronx Ny. In this building they give no heat at night. The building is never cleaned (meaning same trash same place everyday) even though it’s not messy at all but you’ll find lil trash around. The management office can’t manage this building correctly. They can’t get stuff fixed in time. They complain about a lot but so far I have 3 days no heat or hot water and management has not done a thing about it during a winter snowstorm temperatures of 16 degrees out and we’re freezing in the apartments bc it’s the entire building.

Terrible property management company.
