Range Apartments

I have lived here for over two years and have had little to no problem with the management until now. I put in a noise complaint that’s was effecting my sleep. Management claimed to have handled this Friday but nothing has changed come Monday morning. I am incredibly frustrated and haven’t been able to sleep at home for the past four days. I have loved living here but this is unacceptable.

Set up a tour weeks in advance, received confirmation, confirmed our appointment, and showed up early to find the leasing office locked and dark. No one showed up for our appointment and we waited for 15 minutes after, even though the office hours posted were 10am-5pm. We tried to email and call, receiving professional responses from there AI assistant, but no human showed up, called, or replied. Disappointing start to our apartment hunt.

The Range is a great place to live, I’ve been here many years! You can’t beat the neighborhood and location; everything is walkable, and we’re close to both downtown, parks and the trails! The apartments are quiet and peaceful, very animal friendly and have a great vibe. I’ve also enjoyed having access to the community room for various events!

You can’t ask for a better location. Perfectly situated minutes away from local shops, groceries or a quick coffee. Standout feature is the view-absolutely stunning! Property itself was clean, and well-maintained. All in all Peaceful living!

Although I LOVE The Range Apt Complex, I signed up and stay because of Shanelle. She is the most competent, professional, problem-solving Property Manager I have ever had the luck to deal with! And I have dealt with many! Shanelle is all-business efficiency! She loves her job and she knows that a Tenant’s problem/situation is REAL to them, as it is also immediate to them! Thus, in a flash, she either resolves the situation immediately or sets about doing so! Then she gets back to me/you until there is RESOLUTION! SHE is HERE for the The TENANT as well as for RANGE APTS!!! She LOVES her work and is always friendly and open to liste
