Randy is a truly wonderful agent. He is kind and soft spoken, polite and friendly. He provided a much needed "voice of reason" in a recent transaction. Randy knew what questions to ask and helped guide us at a time when our enthusiasm needed a serious reality check! Randy helped us buy our lake cabin in 2013 and when we decided to sell it this year (2021) we immediately sought his services again. Since we are a couple from Europe, there were quite a number of complications that had te be dealt with, not in the last place the fact we were 5000 miles away during the selling process and couldn't fly to NH due to the Covid pandemic. Randy helped us to get the house property market ready by finding, hiring and managing a crew for some essential landscaping and painting work. After that was finished he managed to sell the house within 20 days to a cash buyer for a good price I was willing to sell it for.
