Really one of the best builders in the Lakes Region. I’ve worked with Mike and Julie over the years and seen a variety of their projects. If you want to build your dream home, these are the guys you want.
Probably a good builder but we'll never know because we couldn't get through the design process. They wasted a year of our time - not listening to what we wanted and making us feel stupid for any of our ideas, bad-mouthing other clients along the way.
This local builder's attention to detail is what separates them from the rest! Julie, Mike and Chris are very attentive and cater to the needs of their customers. I always enjoy touring the homes they build during the annual Parade of homes in the lakes region during Columbus day weekend.
Stay Away!!! They cost us a year of delay with nothing to show for and finally we had to depart. We almost didn’t get our money back.
