Every time I walk on the property, I am greeted by friendly faces! The service that they provide, the appreciation for their tenants, and professionalism is top-notch. I’d like to personally recognize Brittney the property manager for always quick responding and problem solving. Josh, the Maintenance Supervisor for always being on top of every turn in every unit! He helps get everything to the finish line! Indira for always being super helpful and knowledgeable. A top notch team that’s needed in this industry!

RENTER BEWARE! Randolph Park Apartments appears to be an amazing looking property according to their website pictures. However, I want to warn you to NEVER TRUST APARTMENT COMPLEX WEBSITE PICTURES! I scheduled a tour of the property but decided to visit it before the tour. I am so glad I did. I could not believe the filth I saw. The sidewalks are black all over the complex (except around the 3 buildings near the clubhouse/management office, which is all a perspective tenant touring a floorplan would see). The staircases have peeling and chipped paint and the floor mats are filthy and covered in debris. I canceled my scheduled tour and told the property manager how I felt about the filthy black Aesthetics of the property. I was told that they plan to pressure wash and give attention to main

I had a wonderful experience living at Randolph Park Apartments! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and located in a great part of Charlotte with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. My apartment was spacious. I especially loved the prices for the area it is located in. The management team was always professional, responsive, and friendly. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the staff really seemed to care about resident satisfaction. I also appreciated the quiet, respectful neighbors and the overall sense of community. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live in Charlotte, I highly recommend Randolph Park. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future.

I've had a great experience living here so far! One of the things I really appreciate is how responsive and efficient the maintenance team is. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of quickly—usually within a day or two. The staff is friendly, professional, and always respectful of my space. It’s clear they care about keeping the property well-maintained and making sure residents are comfortable. Definitely one of the highlights of living here!

Rent in Charlotte is so high, so when I found Randolph Park I was extremely happy because the pricing of these apartments are unbeatable. Located right in South Park next to million dollar homes. Not only is the pricing great, but the staff was so helpful and professional. I booked a tour and was extremely late and the property manager was in a meeting but she stopped her meeting to accommodate me. The property is a little older but for the price, location and great customer service you can't beat that!
