I’ve been here for about 4 years. Upon my first year living here was pleasant but has become really unprofessional. The office staff needs to be revised on phone etiquette when speaking to people. Although I am moving, I don’t remember the parking rules in regards to u haul moving vehicles etc. But instead of being yelled at I’d like to be reminded that COMMERCIAL vehicles are prohibited from the property in a respectful tone upon moving because we all know that moving can be stressful and forgetful at times as well.They have to be reminded that they are accommodating alot of people of various ages and you have to know how to respond.There’s only 1 person in the office currently By the name of Ms.Scriber that has a very nasty deliverance in reguards to certain things. Been waiting for approval for a unit for over 2 months ! property manager stated she can't do any move ins because she is all caught up with doing recerts and invoices ! I've sent everything over they needed i just want to be approved I call everyday it shouldn't take 2 months when i have a job and steady income

I been here for six year start off good when it was Gate Hudson. Then when Edge came it went down hill from there. Property manager was rude staff was either leaving or getting fired every time I went into the office a new face. They did renovation and nothing was really done but just updated the kitchen, and bathroom with new stuff the holes that was previously there was not patched up so mice are still coming in. Then a new management team called Enterprise took over and it nothing got better our front entrance door has been broken for over a year and nothing has yet to be done got kids smoking in the hallways we tell them nothing happens they say call the police and when they get here the kids are gone the staff is still rude and they never answer the phone call corporate they don't car

Have been here for several years. In the past, property manager and front desk person (Al) were the best. Work was completed in a timely manner. Now, they are hiring lazy people who don't want to do their job! Made a call in April for a kitchen leak. No response. Went online July 27 to put in a work order for the same problem...no response. Called today on one of my cells and home number...no answer. Called on my other cell, they answered immediately. Front desk person said she would send someone out. ( I think they may be ignoring numbers they are familiar with) No one as of yet. It's 7:20pm. The water is seeping into the floor and if not repaired soon, water damage will occur not only to the floor but also the neighbors below me ceiling! All reviews by people on here are absolutely 💯 tr

Terrible customer service. The lady hung up on me because se didn't want to answer a question. But I'm not surprised because I heard it was ghetto and the leasing office was rude. Thanks for showing what everyone else was saying was true. I work in leasing and this was really unprofessional and I think if your company hired better leasing agents your google reviews will go up. Think about who's representing your company.
