Victor’s greeting was a friendly smile and a pleasant personality when he came over to do maintenance. He did so in a professional, positive and polite way, in a timely manner. He also was knowledgeable, informative and assuring and went above and behind making sure the job was done correctly and my concerns were met. Truly, Victor is an asset to the MAA.
