I recently rented the clubhouse in my neighborhood for my son’s birthday. We paid $250 to use the space, and we made sure to clean everything inside before we left. Unfortunately, a few kids left some cake and drinks near the pool area. The management ended up charging me an additional $500, claiming they had to bring in someone with a power washer to clean up. This was shocking and extremely disappointing. $500 for a few spots of cake and drink outside is excessive and feels like a way to take advantage of tenants. We were not given a chance to address it ourselves before being charged. If you’re planning to rent this space, be extremely careful — take photos before and after, and don’t assume that minor, fixable messes will be handled reasonably. I do not recommend renting here unless

Great community. Has some flaws that need fixed for sure! They are not being strict enough on the builders to keep it all clean. They are not taking care of the common areas as nicely as they should. Speeding is a problem and the community leaders could care less. People are buying houses that have too many cars. I’ve never really understood the concept of having a garage and a driveway, yet still not using neither....Nice pool that is currently overcrowded through the summer months. Keep in mind the community is not fully built yet. So more residents are coming and they already are overcrowding the pools 🤔

This is a great neighborhood with good neighbors and a decent HOA. The reason I'm giving it only 3 stars and not more is because Newland is to cheap to put a second swimming pool in this huge community. We pay a lot to live out here and our taxes are not cheap so it seems petty that they don't do more for this area. However there is a gym in the front of the neighborhood which is nice and free to residents.

I'm so in love with this neighborhood. I could not ask to live in a better community. There is so much natural beauty, trails, dog park, pool, parks, volleyball court, bacci ball court, 5 catch and release ponds, and a school being built soon. The neighbors are amazing and friendly and the HOA hosts fun social events monthly. Bonus you get access to the free on site fitness facility 24/7. I love living here
