Rancho Luna Sol

Had a very good experience with the help of Leilany. She gave us tour of the property and gave us detailed information regarding rent and amenities. We liked the proximity to schools and work.

Great guided tour. Checked it out a couple days ago but unfortunately the complex didn't have anything bigger than I think it was the 550sq apt. Overall it was a great place, nice amenities

Maintenance is delightful, fast and responsive. Place is generally quiet, family-oriented, and well-kept. Units are a bit small, prices go up every year, Comcast is the only real Internet option, and it is forced on you through bulk billing in the lease. Town homes don't have AC upstairs, which is the hottest part of the house, which is quite unfortunate on those few truly hot days, as this is where the bedrooms are. On the other hand, Washer in unit, gas grills outside, decent patio area, and generally quiet safe neighborhood, with lower prices than other similar units is a plus. And, as I started this review by saying, maintenance is great when needed. If they paid to bring in fiber, or they put in a wall unit in at least one of the upstairs rooms, I'd pay significantly more for what is
