Rancho Carrillo Apartments | Affordable Apartments

I don't usually write a review, but I just have to somehow express my gratitude to Rancho Carrillo Apartments and the whole team that works there. Rancho Carrillo is a wonderful community to live in. The Manager HAK and the Assistant Manager Jeannette, are so kind and friendly, you feel welcomed the moment you set foot in the office. Hak always goes out of his way to help and make sure the place is in top shape. I can't forget to mention that, the apartments are spacious, beautiful and well maintained! Of course, with the help of his hard-working maintenance team, Juan and Miles! The people that work here are some of the best I've ever met!! I just feel lucky to call this beautiful place home. Thank you, Hak and all of Rancho Carrillo Apartment Team!!

This is a community in a park like setting. More condo than apartment. Very family oriented. Management team, Hak, Jeanette, Juan and Miles are all rock stars! Very responsive, very professional. The grounds are super well maintained. I lived here for 13 years with pleasure. My experience was one of ease, peace, security and with great neighbors.

Another “shout-out” to the fabulous Rancho Carrillo Apartment staff. Assistant Manager, Jeannette, and the maintenance team did it again. I emailed Jeannette last night about a minor electrical issue, and she responded to me early this morning stating that she already wrote-up a work order. Jeannette said she would make sure the matter would be resolved by noon today. Low and behold, Juan showed up at my door on time, respectfully put on his booties (shoe guards), had his mask and gloves on, and politely fixed/resolved the issue! Job: DONE and done right. Love the efficiency and respect of this management team!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Rancho Carrillo Apts. with some family members off and on throughout the years. During my stay recently I have experienced a friendly and clean environment. The management and staff have always been warm and very helpful if I’ve had any questions or concerns. The grounds staff keep the grass and flowers looking beautiful. My family member who lived here was very happy with all this complex had to offer especially during this COVID time we’ve had to endure in this past year. Hak Pouy the manager was very instrumental in getting aide to my Aunt during her time of sudden illness this past January thank you Hak for being there for her and my cousins. If you’re looking for a place to live I would highly recommend this place to reside.

Jacqueline is very professional, helpful, answers All my inquiries, very patience, knowledgeable, encouraged me to contact Her anytime for any questions I may have, explained the procedures for the application, okay with calling any time to ask where am I in queue, Thank you very much for a pleasurable experience every time call.
