Ramblewood

I’ve had a positive experience overall at this apartment complex. Sara is always so welcoming and truly on top of everything, and Gage is incredibly efficient and kind—both make living here much easier and more pleasant. I do live in an unrenovated/original unit, and I do feel the price is a bit steep for an apartment that hasn’t been updated, but that is a choice the managing company made. The area is very central to many restaurants and within walking distance of Walmart, which is extremely convenient. The community itself is quiet and quaint, and I’ve had very positive experiences with all of my neighbors in my area. Overall, the staff really stands out and does a great job.

I have been living at Ramblewood for a year and I have received nothing but outstanding service from both property management Sara Crum ( The Best!) and if there is a maintenance issues or concerns, Gage is always available and get all needs met. The location is convenient for all my personal needs , I mean everything is in close proximity ( Grocery shopping, various restaurant choices, car maintenance services,etc). I am in renovated unit and I haven’t had any issues . As for as rent prices , most is set by the current market pricing rates , It is affordable for the location compared to other areas. I would recommend to anyone seeking for a quiet and clean community. Come and join the Ramblewood community!

We have lived here for a year and the staff are great people and very friendly! But within the last 6 months AT LEAST the roaches have gotten very bad and the exterminator only sprays above the kitchen sink. They also haven’t fixed our bathtub nozzle that broke off a few months ago and they said they would fix. Overall the staff and community are very good and but for having an unrenovate/original unit the price is steep, especially for such a bad roach infestation that I’ve addressed and not fixed in any way which is not okay because I have two babies and there are also other children in the community

We moved in just a few months ago and it has been such a quiet area. The people here are super friendly and most have been here for a while. Everyone in passing always makes sure to say hello. Sara and Gage are absolutely the best! Such a great place to live.

I have had a great experience living at Ramblewood for the last year. It’s a peaceful community and Sara, the property manager, is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner and they do a great job of maintaining the property.
