I came here with a friend, and from the walk in, the energy was inviting and pleasant. It's near a busy road, so there's convenience along with some activity. I almost put in an application myself.

I wish I can give lower than a 1 star. Never in my life have I felt so unsafe to be in and treated so horribly. This place needs to be shut down with the amount of bullet holes, mold and strangers walking around. Let alone people make bonfires on their porch are let stray cats in their houses but if you need genuine help you are the enemy. Never again.

Do not move into here!! Their apartments are filled with black mold, they won’t fix anything, they say it’s not their job to fix certain things when it is! I used to live in apartment 176 Blake dr. Do not move in here, they will take you to court and say they haven’t heard anything about it when I know they have: they don’t work with you about anything!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, and yes I didn’t pay my rent because they had black mold in our ac unit and in our bathroom. ALSO residents that do live here check your ac units!!!!

I was so disrespectfully treated at 9 AM August 1st this morning when looking at an apartment. I liked it and then I couldn't find it in any of the listings. So 15 min after I go back and say 'hey can you help me find this apartment because it's not showing up' and they said it had to be online. Then the woman when I show her my phone acts like she's being threatened and calls the maintenance guy to come protect her from a scrawny white boy less than half her weight. At least I found out from the first morning a million red flags. STAY AWAY FROM RAMBLEWOOD

Don’t apply I had resources to pay off the whole lease still was denied Due to the third-party property management company that doesn’t physically go over applications, but use a Software system to do so I don’t believe all Factors were taken in consideration If you want to save your application fee, don’t apply here. I couldn’t imagine someone who could pay off the whole lease be denied. Update I’ve talked to several people who are denied With plenty of resources at this point, they’re running an application fee scam
