Raintree Apartments, Sherman, TX

If you came to read the honest and truthful review from a new resident and who’s actually from Texoma you’ve found it! Just like anybody else I went straight to the reviews to see what was said about this complex before touring it. Biggest thing that stood out was the change from negative to positive reviews about the new management which I loved to see. Means the new management is handling business and putting their tenants first.My leasing agent was Lynn who was genuine and patient and listened to what you were looking for in your next home. Myself coming from sales recognizes the above and beyond from another and let me tell you she’s the definition of it. Office closes around 5:30 I don’t get off till 5:30 she stayed with no hesitation for me to come and tour and most apartments around

I just moved from Tyler, Texas, to Sherman, Texas, and was very lucky to find this great apartment complex. My neighbors are very kind, everyone is friendly and the maintenance staff is on point! There are a lot of apartment complexes in this town, but this complex offers the most bang for the buck!

I just moved from here . I stayed out here multiple years . & they always took care of me . From Amber to Kelly . Never matter who the manager was . They always looked out for me . It was time for a change for me personally. But I will never say anything bad about this place . & forever thankful for the times here

I lived here from 2016-2017. The manager I had no longer works at the facility. During this time, I got bed bugs in my bedroom from the people upstairs. They never took out their trash, and piled it on the balcony. I assume the bugs crawled down the walls and through the electrical outlets. I told the lady at the office (who no longer works here) about the problem. She did nothing about it. I went to Lowe's myself and purchased powder and bed bug mattress covers. I got rid of the problem myself. The washer and dryer hookups did not work when I moved in. A friend of mine suggested that I move into a brand new apartment being built. I gave them a month's notice. When I went to turn in my key the same woman from the office refused to accept the fact that I was moving. She said that they were

I haven't lived here long but so far it seems very peaceful and I've had no issues with the neighbors. Management is very good at staying on top of things and maintenance is very respectful of my home and my belongings. My apartment is beautiful and affordable, and I am very happy that I chose Raintree during my crazy search for apartments. I definitely recommend it here! I'm also very happy that I ignored all of the bad reviews. My personal experience has been great with Raintree! A friend of mine lived here for 2 years before and didn't have any complaints whatsoever. In fact he highly recommended them to me which is what led me here. :)
