I’m very thankful for the quick response and great service! After years of temporary fixes with my AC, the new administration finally listened and took action. I especially appreciate Jannette the manager for personally coming out to speak with me and helping resolve the issue so promptly. The vendor went straight to the root of the problem and replaced the broken AC. I’m so grateful it’s finally fixed!

The maintenance people resolve the problem but they still have the same issue, the air conditioner only work well for two days a week because a leak in the lines refrigerant. I have long time with this A/C problem and nothing definite solved
