Raintree Apartments

The management is very poor; the managers are never there. There's no security. My bicycle was stolen from the second floor... they'll never check the reviews. The apartments on the side of the road are very rough. They paint everything in the apartment and make it look like new. To make you pay, they'll steal your funds and make you pay more. Even if you hand it over in perfect condition, they'll tow your car if it's not in good condition, even if it's the smallest thing. If you rent there, you'll regret it. Take it as advice.

The apartments are pretty decent. The biggest complaint that I have is that some of the apartments are in a dead zone for the internet, which means slower internet service. For example, Spectrum is the only internet provider that can reach my apartment. Not only does it limit my choices for internet, but a Spectrum technician came and said nothing can be done because some places are in the dead zone and you'll get poor connection. The rent is inexpensive compared to other places; however the rent slowly keeps increasing after your lease is up. Even though nothing has been renovated. Nothing has changed but rent keeps going up. The neighborhood is good good place for families

Dont ever rent here, the manager brenda will harrass you and stalk you... she only picks and choose certain tenants to harrass... shes very unprofessional and rude over the phone... she lies and makes up fake accusations saying other tenants are complaining but that's not the case... shes a very miserable manager onsite.. there's no such thing as "quite enjoyment" here ... There's been several car break ins and also tenants tires been slashed overnight... even after getting a police report on who did the crime the manager did nothing... She only cares about rent ... there's been police chase with dogs and guns through this apartment very unprofessional and unsafe for children... maintenance is terrible they enter your unit and lie and make up fake accusations also... brenda is a terrible
