We had an amazing experience buying our new home with Rainbow Title. They had clear communication, and the closing was quick and easy. The office is very comfortable, and they have high-quality pens, which I appreciate, because we had to sign our names a million times. Everyone was friendly and helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

They managed to squeeze in our closing on extremely short notice after a brief delay with my mortgage cancelled the appointment the day before. The office was lovely and welcoming and the staff was fantastic. The closing was extremely quick and organized. Thanks so much for your help. :)

I read some of the reviews below and I concur with all the positive thoughts. From the time that we walked into the office we were greeted with a smile and asked to wait a bit before starting. Amy was our closing officer and she was very professional, knowledgeable about our specific loan, but most of all Amy was kind and caring! She explained what we needed to do as the closing parties were located in 3 different states. There were no glitches in the paperwork and the closing was finalized in under 30 minutes! I left the office thinking it was one of the most positive closing experiences to date.

The staff at Rainbow title are top notch! I have had the pleasure of closing three real estate transactions with them recently and each time they were fast, accurate, and communicative. Small details such as providing a variety of reading glasses in a dish on the table, quality ink pens, and puppy treats for clients' furry friends show clients that they care about providing excellent service. I look forward to working with them again and will recommend their title services to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Amy has been great to work with on two separate occasions now. First with a refinance, and most recently a new purchase. Each closing has been fairly priced and the work has been done correct and efficiently.
