Railyard Flats

Living at Railyard Flats over the past two and a half years has been an entire pleasure for me. Not only are the apartments appointed beautifully, they allow for so much storage, thanks to the great design and planning to accommodate a resident. The staff from day, one took care of any questions, issues, repairs, etc. promptly and with a smile. That goes from the administration to cleaning crews to maintenance. The grounds are impeccable. The safety precautions put in place for residents goes above and beyond. Going to miss this place and mostly the people.

We have been living at Railyard Flats since they opened in July 2021 and have loved it since. The Pendar team has been an amazing asset to apartment living as they’re super responsive, extremely on top of maintenance in the apartment and on the grounds, and go above and beyond to make it feel like you are part of a community. We’re in a two bedroom two bath and love all the storage and high ceiling we have. Our kitchen may be our favorite though. Now that a grocery store, gym, pet run, and stores are opening in the buildings next door, our location is about to get even better.
