UPDATE: Martie is now the manager and she is a blessing. I genuinely appreciated my living space here and am thankful. If you are a TTU student thinking about living here, I say do it - Less than a 10 minute walk from campus - I never heard my neighbors, very quiet - They do so many events #freefood - The staff actually cares about you I am so sad to be leaving my perfect studio. I took some pictures of my place, mainly because I love my studio but also to show how you can make these apartments completely your own :) Original Review: This place has gone under new management and great improvements. I moved here in November of 2024. The staff is amazing. Anytime I have an issue Tammy is a quick visit away and helps me fast and efficiently. The maintenance is also awesome, JR can legit fix

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. All appliances are new, and the management and staff are friendly. Utilities are very affordable, and the location is very close to campus. I highly recommend it.

We just moved in a few days ago as it’s right across from Tech where my husband works and Martie and Alyssa have been so nice and helpful. They also got us moved in very quickly as I’m soon to go into labor and I needed to get settled quick. Any questions we’ve had they helped us out and our apartment was clean and the new floors they just installed are very nice. So far so good on living here and I hope it continues to be good for us.

I would not recommend living here based on my experience. The apartment is sprayed regularly by pest control, but I still woke up almost every day to multiple cockroaches in the bathroom since day one (at first they were everywhere but I sealed holes in the living room myself). Water outages happened often, usually with little explanation. My electricity went out once, and it took 2–3 days to repair. Utilities are “allocated,” but I was paying $100–$150 a month for a 275 sq. ft. studio, which felt high for the size. The property manager changes frequently, but the overall service didn’t improve. Raider Loft's renovations are absolutely beautiful. Spacious and super close to TTU. Office and Maintenance staff are great to work with, always trying to enhance the living experience for residents. I cannot wait to see what they do next!
