Stopped by today to do some property outreach and had the chance to meet Ali. She was an absolute delight! very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. From the start, she made the visit feel comfortable and positive, which always says a lot about the culture of a community. Really appreciate her time and hospitality. I genuinely loved my apartment. The only downside to the unit itself was that it did not include a washer and dryer. Other than that, the apartment was really nice. The room was very spacious — large enough to comfortably fit a couch and a bed frame and still feel open. The space was honestly humongous, which I loved. I also enjoyed my neighbors and the overall appearance of the complex. I had a very positive experience under the previous management, and I especially want to highlight Ryan, who was truly a breath of fresh air. He was professional, kind, and wonderful to work with. I wish he had continued overseeing the property, but I understand his move into a corporate role. His presence made a big difference in how comfortable and supported residents felt. I’ve lived at Radius for a while now, and the change since Mosaic Property Management took over last month has been night and day. You can see the teams commitment and effort. What I appreciate most is their communication—I actually get timely responses to my emails now! It’s a huge relief to see the complex in such good hands.

Lived here for 4 years, I’ve seen the property change hands several times, but none have been as transparent, communicative, and friendly as Mosaic Management whom recently took over after the last team left the property mid-revitalization.

Ideal first apartment. I chose 3rd floor to avoid pests as much as possible, roaches came from neighbors but with proper maintenance (on my end) I'd only see a baby every so often. Kitchen light went out my first 6 months living there and maintenance never fixed it (they've been in my apartment countless times as well). Overall was pleased with my 1 bedroom. Will be moving back in most likely.
