When I moved in Megan worked hard to get me in by the date I needed. She got it done in time she has taken care of all my needs in my apt. She' is very active in making sure this place is ran right. She walkes the grounds to make sure everything is suppose to be the way it should be. She is a very busy manager who is trying to clean up this place. She's only one person and there is alot of needy people here. She sets priorities on what needs done immediately. Yes it may take her a few minutes to get to you but she always does.im very happy with this manager. People want things done immediately and sometimes thats just impossible if other things are higher priority. I. Megan has made the moving in process easy and quick. She is absolutely an amazing property manager. You won't be disappointed if you get to rent an apartment from her.

Ever since I’ve moved here, I’ve had a great experience, Megan, The office manager is top-tier. She is definitely helpful and tries her best to take care of you especially Guillermo the maintenance man. He moves very swiftly when things need to be fixed. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.

Megan is so sweet answered all of our questions with absolutely no issues fully worked with us to get moved in and just over all made it a very easy and stressless job to get the apartment and move in. Everyone is extremely nice and the apartment was better than I ever thought it would be. Extremely spacious and beautiful

I love it here at radius.Ive been here since dec 2022and we had the worst manger and maintenance,now we have Megan who's absolute wonderful in taking care of ur needs once u put in request even though she may forget and u remind her she is only one person running this complex so understand nobody perfect but she try to be and does a good job.I have to say that its been a better place as far as crime which we know is not megans fault that's just the Eastside itself so come join us here at radius u won't regret it.
