Radiance At Rock Springs 55+ Apartments

WOW!! What a fantastic place!!! The staff is amazingly patient, friendly and accomodating. Always willing to help any time. Tamara, the Assistant Manager, has been sooo helpful, patient and always professional with getting me informed and up-to-date with the "technical stuff" from getting my packages on the Amazon Hub to the Radiance Portal etc. She has been my guiding light and has been soooo patient with me. She made the leasing process smooth and easy and I was able to move in the next day. Shardonnay, the Leasing Agent was professional and knowledgeable getting me started and moved in with 5 days notice. I love the apartment I chose!! Thank you Shardonnay!

I would HIGHLY recommend Radiance at Rock Springs to anyone looking for a new home. Because that's what it feels like I've landed at, not just an apartment, but a home. The staff here is courteous and efficient. The facilities are clean and well-kept, with many amenities and events for residents to enjoy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, not a lot of traffic, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. And the neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. Two weeks into my residency here and I'm STILL pinching myself in disbelief at how fortunate I was to checkout Radiance at Rock Springs when I was searching for a new residence, and how fortunate I am to be a part of this community.

This is great place to live always something to do Tamera in the office is always smiling and greeting and planning something fun to do so glad to have her as a go to person when issues arise. She handles them or finds out how to handle it and gets back to you fast very professional and great Representative of radiance. Thank you Tamera for all you do for all of us.

We can become numb about what we do for a living but I'm fortunate to Beware of that so Maintenance can easily go unnoticed. We been living at Radiance at Rock Springs for a year now and always can count on Ramon to genuinely say with His Smile ALLS GOOD and he's also very interested when told something needs attention, WOW! 👌 Body language speaks loudly. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Ramon, the maintenance supervisor, at Radiance at Rock Springs. I moved in 3-4 weeks ago and after Southwest Gas came by he said you need to call maintenance to turn on the water heater. I did call the front office and after a number of maintenance personnel (3 floaters) tried to fix it, I gave up. I still did not have hot water. Since I had pneumonia, I decided to wait until I felt better. I also was concerned that someone could get sick if they came into the apartment. Radiance was scheduled to do a monthly inspection on March 5, 2025. At that time, I informed Eliza, the manager, that I still didn’t have hot water. She was upset that I hadn’t called sooner to report it and I told her I had. At any rate, Ramon began working on it immediately. He
