Radford Apartments

I've had a wonderful experience with the people managing my unit. The team at Verdugo Mesa who manage this apartment were very kind and very communicative. Always friendly, quick to respond to requests, cooperative, understanding and patient. No issues whatsoever to report at this time of move-in. UPDATE: Over a year later - our bedroom window has been damaged since we toured the unit despite multiple inquiries, often communications fall on deaf ears with either a lack of response or lack of information. Apartment seems to have been swiftly and cheaply renovated, some issues were merely painted over. Paint is already peeling in many places. You recently came and performed maintenance to the Radford properties. The quality of the work is marginal and the materials used or questionable. For example, on the outside stairwells epoxy paint was laid down without regard to appropriate preparation. There apparently was no scraping or sanding, and it doesn't seem that the surface was even washed before the epoxy was applied. Furthermore, the workers painted over the skid guards, rather than taking them up and replacing them after paint was applied. The epoxy selection was not ideal. The guys used a flat or satin when they should've used a semi gloss or gloss. Now as the stairs get dirty, they're going to be difficult to clean and the dirt may not be removable.
