Zero-Star-Rating. Completely unprofessional and rude management. Nobody answers phones except a call center and nobody returns your calls or emails. The manager Beca is completely fake and talks about residents behind their back, cares about nobody but herself and her commissions. Maintenance requests are closed without fixing. The whole block is torn up for construction. Keys don't work and they have no clue what is going on. Everything went downhill the moment Saturday Properties took over at this building. Do yourself a favor and stay away - they don't care about anyone after they move in. Homeless sleep in the stairways and leave needles in the garage. Packages are constantly stolen or delivery drivers cannot deliver to this address. I was promised a smart home, but nobody knows how it

I initially gave 5 stars when I moved here, but now I wish I could give negative stars. This building went from 5 stars to 0 ever since Saturday Properties took over. They never answer calls, maintenance requests go ignored, and they changed the lock provider. Now nothing works. I constantly see residents locked out, and when they try calling for help, guess what? No one answers. If there is no resident around to let you in, you will be sleeping outside. Before this new management, the building had 24-hour emergency phone support, and they would always find a way to help, even if it meant driving here at 4 in the morning. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. The company that owns this place also owns The Jax apartments nearby and these people are terrible. They’re fake and they’re liars. It’s bad enough they are hard to get a hold of, but they didn’t even tell me that there was a halfway house right next-door and there’s no security onsite. Then when I told them I wanted to withdraw my application because I did not feel safe there they wouldn’t even give me a refund during the Thanksgiving holiday. They are cold hearted and all they care about is money. Also, the units are so small, not worth the price at all. they make you think that you’re gonna get all this square footage but really you just get a giant hallway.

We moved in R7 Lofts in March of 2021. We have had the nicest tenants living here. In our three years and three months we only had three things that needed fixed and putting in the work order was a breeze! After business hours we would get a call letting us know that they would be there promptly the next day. The units are very spacious and easily to maintain. Enrique and his staff are fantastic and friendly! They always let you know when they have to enter your place to check out your ducts, change filters, and smoke detectors. Now we have to say farewell to R7 Lofts we called home.because we purchased a new home! Please if you’re ever looking for a place to rent make R7 Lofts your home!

I have been living at R7 lofts for about 6 mos now and I can say that the Manager Enrique is nothing but professional, communicative and understanding. He has a handle on all that goes on at R7. The sky lounge is fantastic, always clean and tidy with modern amenities and better than normal smart tech in the apartments. Very happy to be living here!
