I've rented from this company for about a year and a half, and have had a good experience with them. They have been very easy to work with and have responded to urgent issues very quickly. I appreciate their quick responses when issues arise.

I've never rented from them, but I've lived next door to one of their properties for over 20 years. I can tell you that the lack of maintenance on their property has been problematic for me. Their employee, Kelly, is extremely rude. A fence separating their commercial property from my residential property has been collapsing for years. I have maintained my side, and their tenants on several occasions, were forced to do the property managers job. On several attempts to resolve issues, condescending kelly would simply hang up when it was obvious her rebuttals were without merit. It would seem to me that the business and all their traffic would have a responsibility to seperate their space from a personal dwelling. She was unwilling to accept any accountability and completely devoid of co

Pros: Rent prices are hard to beat Friendly staff Updated appliances Assigned parking Complex is usually quiet Response to maintenance requests is usually timely Cons: A squirrel got into my wall but the hole in the building was not properly fixed until after I acquired a bat problem in the same spot (and a bat got inside the apartment). I caught more than a dozen brown recluse spiders over less than two months. Bugs seem to easily find their way indoors even after multiple professional sprays. Overall building upkeep could be improved. I wish issues were addressed proactively instead of only after they become bigger problems. No online portal

Do not try to rent from these people. They are thieves! Rob you of your application fee and deny you as a future tenant even with a co-signer. My nephew was looking for a place and has worked very hard to get on his feet. While searching for places the perfect place popped up. I first emailed them explaining the situation. Very clearly said he had no rental history or credit. They told him to fill out the application and he paid the non refundable application fee over the phone. They ran his credit and rental history, imagine that nothing! Like I explained in the email. Why did they take the application and fee just to deny him anyway. Under their application process that we were told to read he met all the criteria except credit. It also said if it wasn’t met a co-signer would be needed.
