Very pleased with my rental, they’re great people.

Good friend works there. She got me my home when she worked somewhere else! But I had a great experience through her expertise. I now rent a storage unit from them. I’ve been quite a bit late on paying them and they have been very nice and patient with me. Their kindness is what I appreciate the most!

I recently deleted a prior review I posted about this company. After a few years I had the opportunity to speak with the owner or the wife of the owner. After speaking with her and realizing how much I offended her by saying some pretty horrible things I apologized several times for the way I spoke to her and how I made her feel. I was expecting, at the very least, for her to own up to her part of the situation and take responsibility for the condition of the apartment and the distress she caused me. However, this didn't happen. She made me feel as though I was 100% in the wrong and they (her and her husband) were saints. A common theme it seems in quitman. She even went as far as to say they bent over backwards to help me. As if offering clean and suitable living spaces is somehow above a

Guess they keep deleting my reviews. This place sucks. Kicked me out because Britany, apt 15, is crazy and destroyed all my stuff. But yet they can’t get control of the roaches

😏 Okay, so, originally I put 3 stars because of problems with my apartment. ATTENTION: When you post a review, they see it 😱 I was called and offered help to make sure my experience with them was top of the line. So, I’m going to take a list up to the office, and once everything is fixed and done with I will be coming back with 5 stars! I’m excited to have my space looking perfect and being fully functional again! 🥰
