Taylor helped my family through a complicated transaction and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions as we navigated all of the paperwork. She took care of so many behind the scenes aspects to make sure we got to the closing table. I’m thankful we ended up at Don Robert’s with Taylor as our Escrow Officer!! Could not have chosen a better title company!

I will never ever use this title company again! Worst Customer service I've ever had out of 15 closings I've had. This was the rudest experience you could have. They also are not transparent. They don't want to give you the full hud statement, which is not normal, as how can you verify their numbers are correct or they are holding to the initial contract. Then, when you ask for it, they fight you to get it. I would suggest you use anyone but this company.

This company works great with their customers. Taylor was available anytime I had questions or concerns making it an easy and comfortable process.

These folks are awesome. They got our title work done in under a week and closed in less than two. The whole staff was friendly and professional and made it easy to buy our dream property.
