Quinn Home Inspection & Mold. "Where Experience Counts"

My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a house and had it inspected by another company here in Kalispell. The inspector was only out there for about an hour and charged a lot. I felt like something was wrong so I called Quinn Home Inspections and David was amazing; he took his time and gave us a full written report. I am glad I had the second inspection by Quinn Home Inspections – it saved us from purchasing a nightmare house. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable, did a very thorough job and explained everything to me when I asked. Amazing service. Did an extremely thorough inspection of the property we are going to buy. Kelly then explained everything to us personally and then sent us the line by line report of the inspection with photos showing where explanations/problems came from. I thought my crawlspace had mold in it and I called around to find out what I had to do. They came out, did a mold test and then referred me to a remediation company. Very reasonable rates and good customer service.
