Queen City Ridge Apartments

I live in a unit now. This has been my second worst apartment I have moved in. There is not consistent hot water all year. I have had problems with my lock and they will not address it and want to charge me 75 dollars for a lock change when it should have been fixed and right from the beginning of my lease. There is consistent trash throw around the property which makes me feel bad to come home. I'm not going to comment on the people because they will say I have mental issues and this will happen to you also. Trust and believe what I say. I'm not going to lie when I'm paying 800 and had to live like this the whole year. This is an ongoing trend for theses landlords. They use people to get more people and it not fair. The management is horrible. I’ve had mice in my apartment. I’ve had bugs and also my apartment been flooded three times. Do not move here the communication is horrible I can barely get someone on the phone.
