It may depend on your landlord, but overall I do not recommend living here. I lived there for about 2 years and experienced many problems throughout my time. It seemed okay for the first year, close to UC, no problems with break ins, and decent price for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. However the building is old, poorly taken cared of, and does not offer good service. I have had both cockroach and bed bug infestations that had to be treated multiple times. Specifically the bed bug situation, I had to handle by myself on my own dollar. The washer in our unit also did not work for the entirety of our stay, but our landlord was still negotiating with possible tenants touring that he would fix the washer for them. Luxurious and reasonably priced apartments 10 mins from major University of Cincinnati places. The rooms are spacious and the rent for a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Kitchen Apartment roughly compares against the same for a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Kitchen Apartment anywhere within 5 minutes of Campus. I do not live here, my friend does, but I am comprehending the idea. Highly recommended!

I lived here for a year, moved into a huge bedbug and cockroach infestation. It’s been a nightmare, financially and otherwise. Still getting bit and still have cockroaches everywhere. Now when I move in a couple weeks I have to ensure I don’t take them with me, which means tossing a lot and spending more money to laundry what I can. I just want to get as far from here as I can.

The perfect place to live. Safe. Near UC. Plenty of parking. On UC shuttle route. Spacious apartments. Had common room and gym. Reasonable prices. Simply, Clinton's best kept secret.

Good apartment complex with nice apartment layouts and rooms. The maintenance is not the best in the worod but it is bearable. Good location for UC students, as it is pretty close to campus as well as campus shuttle stop.
