Quebec House Apartments

Rent is reasonable. Facility is well maintained and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Very close to Metro.

The South building gym, rooftop, and laundry room are now reopened. The hot tub is still closed. I haven’t seen any signs of pests except mosquitoes in the gym. The good: love the location, apartments are large, big windows, pet friendly, amazing front desk staff who are so friendly and helpful! Lots of fun events with free food and drinks. The other tenants are generally nice and respectful. Utilities and parking lot are included in the rent. Grounds are well kept. Packages well managed. The bad: The leasing process was frustrating. Their website does not work for making appointments, the phone numbers did not work, and I found it difficult to contact the leasing office. Be aware that many of the units in the building are not recently renovated and do not look as good as the photos onli

Rat infestation causes a disgusting smell on the ground floor. The laundry room was closed for months to address the smell, but the stench remains. There is mold all over, from the stairwells (pic included) to the “newly renovated” laundry room. The building is filthy and the management is unprofessional. I would not recommend the Quebec House to anyone.

I am posting a new review since my last one was deleted. I have had a very good experience at this building. I have lived in Cleveland Park for 15 years, and this is my third apartment in the neighborhood and by far the best. I have a one bedroom unit on a high floor. The apartment is spacious and attractive. I particularly like all the closet space and windows that bring in a lot of light. I am very happy not to have carpet because the floors are easy to clean and can be decorated with rugs. I have placed several maintenance requests, which have been completed quickly. I have also met the manager, Monique, and she really seems to care about the property and the residents. Maria works in the leasing office and she has been so helpful to me with any maintenance requests and issues I have had to submit! Maria is thoughtful and follows up and very patient with any questions or concerns I may have. Thank you Maria!
