I lived at Quarry Edge for almost four years and loved it! Peter and Walter were always so helpful and kind. Any maintenance requests were always seen to right away and the building was very quiet.

I have lived at Quarry Edge for almost 3 years now and can think of nothing but positive things to say. Quarry Edge amazed me from the beginning with their generosity, by giving tenants access to free Red Sox tickets throughout the season. This coupled with a friendly and quick responding property manager and maintenance team have allowed me to live for 3 years with little to no issues. The units are spacious and modern and come with an in-unit washer and dryer, although my favorite amenity of the building is the gym which is always kept tidy with up to date equipment. Quarry Edge is also a quick 25 minute ride into downtown and 30 minutes to Logan Airport which has made commuting over the past 3 years simple and stress free. Fantastic experience living here for two years, only moved out because we wanted to own a house. Highlights: 1. Gebsco management and Peter Mercurio were fantastic and *extremely* responsive to any maintenance issues. Our dishwasher was making a loud noise and they completely replaced it within a few days of being notified. 2. As others have said, the apartments are *very* quiet, well-built, and well-maintained. We didn't have a single noise issue during our time here. 3. Parking is easy and garages are available if needed. They also have separate dedicated storage areas available for a very reasonable price. 4. The gym is well-equipped for the size of the building. 5. My roommate and I are going on our third year living at Quarry Edge, and we have had nothing but positive experiences to date. I was confused to see a couple negative reviews of this place, but since they all seem to be baseless, I figured I'd chime in as well. First of all, the GEBSCO management team is exceptional. They are incredibly easy to reach, professional, and prompt at addressing any issues that arise. The building is also cleaned regularly. They even offer up free Red Sox tickets to tenants throughout the season! I have experienced first hand several "absentee" landlords and property managers in the past, and I can assure you that is not the case here. After a few back to back winter storms, the Quarry Edge maintenance staff deserves 5+ stars! The parking lot, walkways and garage entrances are entirely cleared of any ice or snow. The dumpster and recycling areas are completely accessible. I can't thank the staff enough for their hard work and going above and beyond during this challenging weather!
