Very pleased with Quality Property Management. Victoria and her colleagues have been responsive, helpful, and above all very kind. I recommend QPM highly!

This HOA makes false accusations and if something is left outside, the fault the closest is it the item is next to, somebody put a recliner by your house? Guess what, this HOA says you did it and you have to pay the fees to dispose of it. You have proof it’s not your furniture? To bad, they WONT contact you. They contact you through a third party not directly and when you reach out directly to them through a phone call, email, and text message THEY DO NOT RESPOND. And if your wondering no they are not my property management but for some reason they are my HOA

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! If I could give them less stars I would because that’s what they deserve. For starters it’s near impossible to get ahold of anyone. I rented an apartment from them and I had to do a deep cleaning myself when I moved in. The tubs were stained brown and the unit had never even been swept as there was white drywall dust all over in every single room. The front patio was COVERED in spiderwebs, and carpenter bees swarmed the patio and I had to get traps just so I could feel comfortable walking out the door. I broke my lease because my upstairs tenets were filthy dirty and would drop food and trash on my patio and stained some of my belongings from dripping trash that I constantly had to clean and now the property management company wants to ke

A lot of people have had bad experiences with this company, but so far ours have been pretty good. We've been renting through this company for the past two years with almost no issues, and all of it reasonably resolveable with QPM. They've got fair pricing, and I'd say they're pretty family friendly. The customer service has always been good for us, too. They're pretty reasonable, and definitely one of the lesser evils as far as different rental companies in the valley go. (Looking at Pacific Rental Company 👀 who loves to raise rent every chance they get.) This company (QPM) has an understanding that times are tough, and fair and consistent pricing is important.

Everyone has been so sweet and helpful my whole move in process! Anytime I have emailed with any questions they have responded within minutes. I was able to apply and move in within a week with everyone’s help. Definitely my favorite rental company:)
