Excellent customer. The property is well taken care of maintenanced on a regular base. Maintenance is prompt when an issue occurs The staff is friendly and neighbors. I've lived here two years, I transferred from another property this Management group owns because I really liked the management group and the property. Staff is great, anytime there is an issue I can reach them through the phone or email with very quick responses even after office hours. Really enjoy the space as the living room and bedrooms are large. They offered apartments with tile for anyone with pets which makes things so easy to keep clean. I really like that it is somewhat hidden but really close to the highway and near a lot of the activity. They keep a very clean property and have updated the kids playset. The pool is great in the summer and they have a laundry area and small workout area as well. A lot of my neighbors have been living here form many years, which is really rare

My husband and I are considering moving to SC and recently visited a few apartment complexes in Rock Hill. We were overall impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff as well as the quietness and location of the property. The apartment we viewed was spacious (2 BR with 2 full baths and storage room outside the balcony), updated with ceramic in the kitchen and bathrooms, and laminate or LVP in the bedrooms. We would definitely keep this property in mind once we sell our house and move down here. Highly recommend this place.

This was my aunt's apartment. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. They had a nice neighborhood pool. My aunt is an architectural engineer and she searched a lot to find this place. She said it was a good price for an apartment with such high square footage and large master bedroom with a high ceiling. They also had a beautiful view from the balcony. The manager and maintance crew was very professional and always accommodated quickly. If she ever wanted to move back to the Charlotte area, she would definitely pick Quail Ridge Apartments.

My husband and I lived at Quail Ridge for over 10 years. We love the neighborhood. It’s super quiet , safe and the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. We have an amazing floor plan and the amenities are great. We have a pool, gym, mini golf and a laundry in the clubhouse. We cannot express our gratitude to management for keeping this place so fantastic! The complex is close to I-77 and shopping.
