Quail Ridge Apartments

Since day one from the application process right down to the moving in process I have had nothing but a good experience. The process was easy and smooth, the management and leasing specialist Beth are a breath of fresh air. Easy to go to, answered all my questions and request and just overall did an amazing job getting me moved in. It’s quiet, neat, well put together over here. I’ve only been here a few days and it be great. Thank you Beth and Janelle for making this a great experience for me!!

Beth, Janelle, & the maintenance crew have always been very helpful with any reqquests I have ever made. Quail Ridge is a beautiful & very peaceful location in which to reside. I’ve lived here since last year & at this time have had no neg. exp. to recall I would def. ref. this community to friends & family.

I moved here from Atlanta just over a year ago not knowing much about the area and I am very glad that I chose Quail Ridge. It is very convenient to Publix and Planet Fitness, and not far from the Midland shopping area. Beth and Jannell in the office are so kind and helpful!! It has also been so nice to have a screened porch and aside from the occasional car, it is *very* quiet here. I just resigned my lease and am very happy with my decision!

Quail ridge new staff is terrible! Recently parked a U-Haul by the property and informed them that I lived here and have been a resident for almost 4 years and was helping someone move. They then explained that the police can tow the truck. I informed them that there was no need for a tow and the U-Haul would be moved within the next 15 minutes, 5 minutes later the cops showed up. He stated that the staff had called and complained I didn’t live here and that I was making suspicious movements all day. This was totally unnecessary, unprofessional and fake of the staff when we clearly just had a conversation and I informed them of everything. Plenty of people have moved since the new staff started working here and I will be leaving soon as well!!

I've been here 2 weeks and calm and quiet environment. Overall the apartment was clean. Office manager was super nice and helpful, very polite and professional. She made me feel welcome.
