Quail Plaza Apartments

i have lived here for a while now. Over the years the property has progressed and looks way better. I can say that the new property manager Maribel is very nice and educated on her job. She is good with helping me with any issue I have. Also the new maintenance guy is good, it has been a while since i have seen someone who cared for our complex and his tenants since our new maintenance Arturo. he is super nice. I would recommend any one to live here it is super quiet and in a good side of OKC

The staff is super friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Maribel did an amazing job helping me every step of the way, answering all my questions and giving me detailed info about the property and security. I would highly recommend anyone to move in the apartments very quiet, clean, & well kept.

I want to recognize how amazing our maintenance man, Lucio Franco, was. He was always on time, professional, and fixed every issue quickly and correctly. He truly took pride in his work and made living here much easier. Unfortunately, the apartments chose to let him go, which is disappointing because he was a real asset. Any property would be lucky to have him.

the property is super nice and clean. I moved in and love it. New Maintenance team super good and the manager maribel is always so attentive and kind. She carries herself professionally and is so helpful when needed.

Since I have moved into these apartments my work order for my pep hole has yet to be done,I have screens missing on most my windows only one faucet run at full power, there quick to do certain jobs I guess, on top of saying if your walking your dogs they must be leashed to letting certain people let there dogs roam without anyone around…on top of all that you have people forgetting you have to put work orders in and communicate with your residents when your about to do some work in there unit..not decide to do it because the dishwasher came in..theres a policy for all apartment by law period, I promise I’m not renewing my lease for $1.5k I’ll buy a house let those who like living this way take the unit haha this place is not IT!
