Quail Lakes Apartments

In the last two weeks I've needed help at my apartment and both Rodney and Anthony came to my rescue!! They did an amazing job putting my new Stackable washer and dryer in my "pantry" ! They were so great, easy to work with and I'm very grateful for the job they did for me!! Thanks Rodney and Anthony!!! Vicki Bailey 😁 Today, December 3rd Anthony came over, put in a new smoke detector, hung the bifold door to the former pantry with a new part I didn't have! He fixed the leak in my bathroom sink, in addition he secured my air and heating unit so it would not rattle and vibrate so much! He was able to provide all the parts needed and that's really awesome! Thanks Anthony!!!

I visited there for a possible move. I expected to be able to look at the model or an apartment. Despite them stating they have availability, they do not. During the time of the interview , there was significant disturbance of remolding that we had to pause our conversation. She tried to make us go to their sister apartment, after I asked many times.. the location, I could not get a straight answer. nor the address. I knew this was not the place.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to the management team and new maintenance staff at Quail Lakes Apartments. I live at Vineyard Brook Apartments and have for several years. I had a maintenance issue in my kitchen and it needed to be addressed. Managers and maintenance came out after hours and addressed the problem going above and beyond my expectations. Giving a shout out to the new maintenance staff member. I unfortunately do not recall his name but he has been the best out of all the maintenance folks during the couple of years I’ve lived here. He knows his stuff and listens!

I have lived at Quail Lakes for 9 years. I knew when I moved in that it was an older property and needed updates and such as most older properties do. I have seen so many updates in my 9 years here. The pool was updated and improved last year. New siding was put on the year after I moved here. My appliances were updated as well. My flooring was replaced when a maintenance mishap tore a place in it. The grounds look nice as well. While we have had several turnovers in management and maintenance, I have been treated respectfully and professionally by everyone that has worked here. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it has been addressed in a timely manner. Today for instance, my AC was not working properly so I stopped at the office and put in a work order. It was fixed by lunchtime and m
