Yeah I’m coming up on my 1 year anniversary with Quail Hallow. Thank you. Yes folks everything these reviews says was true, but thank you new management/ Morgan Properties for exhausting yourselves and the maintenance staff cleaning up our neighborhood inside and out. Not I don’t get every personal need met but my children can play outside, the grilling area is great for a romantic evening not far from the kids, and my neighbors maybe older and stay in but when we get together at the poolside makes for a very friendly chatty day! I could sing the praises to Morgan Properties forever ❤️

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs especially 7906 Vintage Circle, Apt D. Living here was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I strongly urge anyone considering a lease to think twice before moving in. The unit suffered from a severe mouse infestation that dragged on for months to years. I submitted repeated complaints, photos, and written documentation, yet management continuously failed to take meaningful action. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they often gaslighted me downplaying my concerns, making excuses, and acting as if I was exaggerating the problem. Meanwhile, I was finding droppings in my kitchen, damage to my belongings, and living with constant stress over the unsafe conditions. The issue grew so extreme that I had no choice but to co

I have been here only six months and had to deal with mold in my unit, rats in the common areas, and recently had to pack up my entire unit so they could do a deeper roach treatment. This is all too much for just six months into a 2k lease. There are other things but this is enough to not recommend at all. I recommend you run away from this place. I want to.

I submitted a maintenance request for a dishwasher water leak over three days ago, and no one has come to fix it. Because of the leak, I had to shut off the water under the sink, leaving me unable to clean dishes or use my kitchen. It’s completely unacceptable that this issue has been ignored for several days with no communication or follow-up. Residents deserve faster and more responsible maintenance service

Lived here for two years. Everything falls apart, bugs, mice, you can hear everything through the floor and walls as they are sooooo thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Literally everything. I really enjoy my neighbors though so that's about one of the only good things in this place along with maintanence. Always paid rent on time, never had an complaints and they wont even compromise to end our lease ONE month early (even though THEY require 60 days notice). So we gave them notice and they turn around charging us a crazy fee! Our lease ends at the beginning of August but we move July 1st. Well they charge you an “early termination fee”.
