Worst apartment doesn't choose to live there they will put charges and without a reason. When are lease termination starts then they will collect huge amount of money. Utility charges will raise month by month you don’t expect.. 1. poor response. 2. Poor maintenance. 3. High power bills. 4.No Laundry services. If you want need Extra charges. -I gave proper 2 months' notice that means month to month pay right I paid; Present days there is no job contact or security...how the apartment people will ask 2 months advanced notice period Proper guidelines. -The employer doesn't follow the proper guidelines to terminate employees; How someone can handle the situations with family. if someone doesn't follow the same rules and guidelines. -These apartment people don't listen any explanations these p

Money suckers…Don’t live in this apartments. Awful management.. 100% rude management people,they are not responding for issues but they want money without reason.our security deposit not come back. Roaches houses it’s not apartments. Dogs poop. Cats poop every where..don’t choose these apartments……worst management. People may don’t have options to give 0 rating.

It's the nicest apt I've ever lived it. It is old there are standard apt issues. It's spacious. Washer dryer hook up front a back patio so to speak. Covered parking assigned parking

Amy, Taniell, Cory and Domingo are wonderful! We recently moved here and could not be happier. It’s a wonderful location, safe, and within minutes of anything you need. The staff is beyond helpful. Do no trust the “bad” google reviews here; it’s people that either get evicted for non-payment or are disturbances to the complex, so they are clearly mad and taking it out on the team at QC apartments. This place is wonderful and would recommend to anyone whether single or family unit, this can be your new home. We will be here for a long time. Google reviews don’t do justice to the real life, so don’t trust the bad ones! Thanks for allowing us to move here and be part of your QC family!

While the property manager was one of the nicest property manager’s I’ve encountered, their maintenance is terrible. The dishwasher baskets were completely rusted (to the point that racks were completely eaten through) but maintenance never replaced them despite two maintenance requests. The first time, guy got the serial number but then closed out the request as “completed’. Second request was cancelled. The dishwasher was never used due to the rust issue. Also, be prepared for exorbitantly high A/C bills even if nothing is plugged in. Water is averaged for the building so you’ll pay for anyone using more water than you. These buildings are old and desperately need updating to make them more secure. Also, charged a cleaning fee even though the apartment was vacuumed and carpet cleaned bef
