Renee Anding is very DISRESPECTFUL to VOUCHER HOLDER!!!! The WORSE experience I've ever encountered with a leasing agent. During the tour, I was recording and Renee snatched my phone out of my hand and started recording, I stayed quiet. On Aug 9th, I had to tell her to calm down yelling at me in front of EVERYONE in the LOBBY because I asked why my daughter's name wasn't on the lease. HER attitude towards me was egregious while I stayed pleasant and polite yet embarrassed. I asked a question about why my 20yr old's name wasn't on the lease and she refused to allow my daughter to sign. She felt the need to to go in the lobby and YELL I have a DCHA VOUCHER as if to embarrass me and my family. Telling me don't call DCHA and saying discriminatory remarks. I’m deeply disappointed by how The Lurgan and Quadrangle Development have handled a recent tragedy in our building. A beloved dog died after ingesting a toxic plant in the building’s pet-designated courtyard. Instead of showing compassion, management has repeatedly minimized the situation and deflected responsibility. Most recently, I was approached in the lobby by one of their executives, who chose to confront the dog’s owner and me about the incident while I was supporting Goose’s grieving owner. She became defensive, dismissive, and argumentative. I was told I “had an attitude” simply for speaking up, while the dog’s owner was sobbing beside me.
