Pynchon Townhomes and Edgewater Tower

The worst neighborhood I've ever seen in my life, they do not care about the people living here at all. Despite all complaints and suggestions, they never listen to their residents and Plainfield is falling into parts.

Do not ever apply for this apartment. They got new management and new staff and they are all absolutely unprofessional. They don't do their jobs and will keep people waiting. They don't call you back when you call for assistance. If you want to keep your sanity don't ever move here. They set up this new automated voice system makes it absolutely impossible to get in contact with someone. I've left voice mails over my bathroom sink issues that's been going on for weeks to months. The maintenance staff keep doing the same thing and this new person started blaming me for letting hair go down the drain but how many times in a few weeks would cause seweg to back into my sink?! I took pictures and showed it to the maintenance worker and he kept gas lighting me saying it was my hair. He refuses

the townhomes are very comfortable BUT They do not maintain their apartments. I had called Housing Code Enforcement 3 times on these people because their maintenance crew completely sucks. I also, have to pay $500 for a mold test company to come to the apartment to test it because they won't. they paint over the "water stains" like they call it, but the mold keeps coming back. They can't secure a toilet seat for the life of them. My kitchen sealing is coming apart and all they've done is paint over the water stains and the cracks. It has not been a year and I'm dealing with the same situation all over again. Oh and their office staff are not helpful at all they act all professional, but they have nothing of professional in them as they are rude to the tenants. They are quick to send

I hope someone can hear us. This building needs to be completely renovated. Elevators needs to be clean the right way,.apartment doors needs to be paint, kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in critical conditions asking management for years in any ways to please do a make over. Hallways walls needs to be paint. Our dryers not working in different floors. On 8th floor dryers are not working for 3 months. We complaint send emails talk to maintenance and supervisors nothing is being done. Heaters needs to be updates. Inside apartment doors. Really hope someone hear us.
