Pursuit of Happiness Realty

Back in May 2015, my wife and I responded to an ad on craigslist for a house rent “the Pursuit of Happiness Realty”. The house was shown to us by an “oily character” by the name of Elliot Schneider – realtor/landlord the house was in dire need of repair. There was no heating system; pipes were ripped out of the walls on the first floor leaving gaping holes on the moulding. The kitchen ceiling was open exposing pipes. The house was totally uninhabitable. Elliot promised all repairs would be made prior to us moving in. We decided to rent the house. We moved in on June 1st. The only thing that was allegedly repaired was the hole in the ceiling. The house was a complete mess and the heating pipes were still missing. Great rental experience! We had a terrible time getting realtors to call us back! If you use these guys, ask for Elliot. He saved us during a terrible time. A very understanding and helpful sales person. Will always use him now.
