The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.  The quality of our new modular home exceeded our expectations — everything from the layout to the finishes is thoughtfully designed and well built. The build and delivery process was smooth and efficient, and the final product truly feels like a custom home. We’ve been living here for a while now and continue to be impressed by how solid and comfortable it is. We recently purchased a new double wide manufactured home, and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The buying and installation process went smoothly - start to finish. It was exciting to see everything come together so quickly, and moving in was a wonderful moment for our family. We’ve also received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. At first everything seemed good, the people were nice and answered back relatively quickly… but the second I closed on the home nobody wanted to respond to emails or they said they would call back and never did so my wife and I were constantly having to call them and the fed us the same BS every time (I’m actually working on getting that right now) pretty much to shut us up is what it felt like. We were told once the house is set on the property that it would only take about another two weeks and it would be done, well they set the house on the property and then didn’t show up again for almost a month. Truly terrible experience and then the contractors they work with aren’t the best either, they buried trees, stumps and brush in a huge hole they dug in my yard (which I’m pretty sure isn’t

I found Catskill Valley Homes and I am absolutely thrilled that it did. It was so quick and easy.
