This is my first review ever. I feel the need to warn others so you do not have the same title issues I had with this company. “Pure Title” made TWO mistakes on just my case. First small one Jen missed my wife's name spelled wrong on the deed paperwork before it was filed, I had to contact the township, contact the lawyer on the deed, then contact Jen. After talking to Jen, she said it was her mistake she missed it, then we received papers from her with the correction to go get notarized, we had to pay $40 and I sent the receipt along with the paperwork and asked for the payment and she said no!? She would not reimburse for her mistake! Never notified us it was corrected. If you make a mistake follow up and be sure it is corrected. No, I had to contact her and the township to be sure t
