Steve was very thorough in his pre-purchase home inspection, checking mechanical and structural aspects of the home we were looking to purchase. We wanted a pest inspection and oil tank sweep as well, and he works with a company that is highly rated and also thorough. A very detailed report was written by Steve within a day or two with pictures to support the commentary with clearly described issues found. This is the second time Steve has provided his thorough inspection and detailed report to support our purchasing decision.
