PURE Property Management of South Carolina

PURE Property Management has been outstanding. They quickly placed great tenants, stay on top of maintenance, and keep everything running smoothly. I relied on them while I was away on military orders and had complete peace of mind the whole time. Professional, responsive, and highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with this management company. You cannot get anybody on the phone. They will not come out and fix anything on the rental property that we have asked them to fix with the leak in the spare bedroom and to make sure there’s no mold or microwave piece came off. The ceiling in the spare bedroom looks terrible and there was other leaks in this house when we first moved in two years ago that they did not want to fix or the ceiling. And my personal opinion is unprofessional. They won’t come out and fix that. The only good thing about this management company was when Lisa Richard’s was working there in 2025. She listened to us and put everything in, but then when she put in the work order somebody at Pure Management would cancel it. I would not advise this management company

Overall experience with Pure Property has been positive. Lisa Richard specifically has made the process of rental much easier. She has been very direct, easy to talk to, has had thorough explanations for any and all questions that were asked. However, she is remote which made the office visits not as inviting. I do feel that a little more timely responses would improve the communications but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Lisa was amazing in her interaction with helping me get into my new home. She made it extremely effortless to communicate. She kept me looped in at every step along the way, she made sure I knew my next step every step along the way; wouldn’t have been able to do this without her. Thank you so much Lisa!

Lisa Richard at PURE has been super helpful with the leasing process as she's very detailed and communicative. She's made things very easy for me and has looked out for my best interest. I'd recommend working with Lisa.
