PURE Property Management of Florida

As a landlord, our experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. We entrusted them with managing two single-family homes in Ocala. One of the homes was rented to a tenant who clearly could not afford the property, and the default happened almost immediately after move-in. Proper screening should have prevented this situation. The second home has stable tenants, but we are consistently seeing repair costs of $100+ every month despite the house being brand new ! In addition to regular rent, they also charge tenants extra fees, such as a “Resident Benefit Package” fee, which does not benefit the landlord but goes directly to the management company. My experience with PURE property management has been top tier. Joe helped me with the on boarding process and Danielle has been nothing short of amazing. I had hesitations, because I have managed my own rental for 15 years, but needed some breathing room in my schedule. They have managed any challenges seamlessly and taken more burden of owning a rental property away then I even realized I was carrying. I am tremendously grateful for the service I receive from Danielle and PURE property management. Highly recommend.

MAURICE was awesome with the whole follow-up calls and move-in process. IM GIVING 5 stars for his service (professional and laid back). The townhome I am renting has some minor imperfections but overall in good condition and definitely can't beat the price and neighborhood which is perfect for our little one. Have had a relatively easy move due to all the assistance within the office. Home is stunning from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to others. Have been in the home for three months and still wouldn’t change my review. Maintenance was extremely friendly and fixes all issues no questions asked. Property management doesn’t jump down your throat or charge for miscellaneous or unexplained things.
