I’ve had such a positive experience with PURE Property Management so far. My direct point of contact Akash has been amazing. He’s been so communicative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. When I first moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and he handled everything so quickly + kept me updated the whole time. The handyman Art, was also wonderful. He was helpful, professional and great at communicating about what was being done. I really appreciate how smooth they made everything feel during my move. It means a lot to feel taken care of during a transition like this. Thank you to Akash and Art for making it such a positive experience.

Technician was prompt and Thorough. Shirley Joy DeAsis emailed me asking for updates and replied promptly. The vendor was also Courteous in communication with setting up the service request sent to me for Maintenance by Pure.

I’ve had a great experience with PURE Property Management, especially with Shirlee Joy de Asis, who was very responsive, professional, and quick to coordinate maintenance when I submitted my request. The turnaround time and communication were excellent from start to finish. I also want to recognize Daniel from Toolbox Repair & Maintenance Services, who did an outstanding job during the service visit. He was very respectful, took his shoes off upon entering, worked efficiently, and completed the repair quickly. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. It really makes a difference when both property management and maintenance work together so smoothly. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend PURE Property Management based on my experience.

What a relief to know that meeting the bare minimum of legal obligations is now considered a generous favor. It’s also comforting to hear that my experience—complete with false move-in promises, a lack of inspection, and a scramble to correct lease errors—will be used as an “opportunity to improve.” I’m sure future tenants will be thrilled to know my ordeal was part of your ongoing training program. Ralston was the original company that took over managing my home when previous company was no longer doing a good job. Eventually Companies merged and PURE Property Management took over for several years until I moved back into my residence. They provided good communication, provided quotes when repairs were needed, looked out for the home and assisted with home upgrades. They had several people manage my home, Jenn Stepp was the one that helped me the most during the end, explained everything to close my account her and even followed up to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered. If ever I rent my home again, I would reach back out to this great team.
