My property manager is Amy Jackson at Pure. During the last turn over, she quickly arranged house cleaning and carpet cleaning, jobs well done. This time I had to go through interior painting, she was patient to arrange two bids for me to pick the most competitive contractor; the painting job was also very well done. There were other miscellaneous repair jobs also got done on time. In about 15 days, the property was ready to show. The interior of the house was in like-new condition. I helped to power wash the side yard, back yard and windows to attract tenants. The first group of viewers applied. The house was rented quickly.

One of the best decisions we ever made was to turn the property management of our rental over to Pure Property Management. Amy Jackson takes great care of our property. She keeps us informed about any developments with the tenants and coordinates repairs and maintenance. The accounting team does a good job of getting our owner funds to us each month on a timely basis. Highly recommend!
